Asher Bohbot, founder and CEO of EOH Holdings for the past 19 years, is stepping down.

Zunaid Maye, previously CEO of the EOH Industrial Technologies division, has been appointed as the group CEO.

Bohbot will leave the group at the end of June 2017 and will be taking a six month sabbatical. During this time he will be available in an advisory capacity, following which he will re-join the board as a non-executive director.

In other changes to the EOH board, Rob Godlonton, Johan Van Jaarsveld, Ebrahim Laher, Jehan Mackay and Brian Gubbins  have been appointed as executive directors.

Dr Lynette Moretlo Molefe has been appointed as a non-executive director, while Jane Retief, Dion Ramoo and Danny Mackay have all resigned from the board.
