Telkom has won a landmark case with costs against Vodacom at the Western High Court relating to the unlawful access to its infrastructure.
Telkom brought an urgent application against Vodacom in the Court, relating to Vodacom’s use of its infrastructure in the Dennegeur residential estate.
Telkom requested the court to order Vodacom to remove its cabling from its ducts.
The court ruled that Telkom’s infrastructure may not be accessed without following prescribed regulatory process.
