Mustek has been appointed as an authorised Apple reseller for the South African market.
The distributor will sell and support Apple’s entire product range including the iMac, MacBook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Accessories and Beats to its registered resellers, to enterprises and SMME businesses nationally.
The range will include build-to-order units as per customers’ specifications and requirements.
The appointment will enable Mustek to broaden its reseller base and grow its business in the corporate space, while providing its customers with access to Apple’s range of technology solutions.
Mustek has an extensive footprint of 10 sales and service branches located in all nine provinces. With over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry, Mustek aims to offer customers best-of-breed Tier 1 brands, supported by a high level of service and support.
The company aims to leverage the Apple ecosystem and the Apple platform to break into new markets, ensuring that it aligns closely with the Apple services.
Mustek has committed to allocating dedicated resources to the Apple brand and has already embarked on extensive internal training.
The new partnership will give Mustek consistency of stock availability and stock holding, while qualifying for pricing benefits that are passed onto the end-user customer.
