Intel’s Shooting Star drones lit up the sky over Los Angeles at Friday’s release of the Wonder Woman movie to home entertainment.
“When Warner Brothers and Ultra Productions approached us to take their promotion of the Wonder Woman home entertainment release to new heights, it was a no-brainer to collaborate on a custom-animated light show,” says Natalie Chueng, GM of drone light shows in the Intel Drone Group at Intel.
The show saw 300 Intel drones choreographed to display imagery from the movie.
The Shooting Star drones are equipped with LED lights that can create more than 4-billion colour combinations and can be programmed to create an array of animations.
The show was accompanied by a live performance from cellist Tina Guo.
