Decision Inc has merged with South African-based software solutions provider Resolve Immix.
The merger will integrate Immix’s ERpPand CRM experience alongside Decision Inc’s information management and advisory services to provide clients with a true digital transformation partner.
As a combined business client’s will now have access to even more skills and insights across business intelligence, data, analytics, business planning and analytics, CRM, ERP and digital strategy. The merger also bolsters the significance of a Microsoft Gold Partner across a number of disciplines.
Imperial Logistics, the majority shareholder of Resolve Immix, has approved the sale of their shares to Decision Inc. While Decision Inc and Immix provide solutions to an extensive marketplace, they both specialise in the mining, manufacturing, and supply chain industries with several pre-built offerings.
