Meg Whitman, outgoing CEO of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE), has joined content startup NewTV.
She will step down from HPE on 1 February and, on 1 March, will join Hollywood entrepreneur Jeffrey Katzenberg at the new company.

Industry insiders are still in the dark as to what NewTV does, but it is known that its part of Katzenberg’s WndrCo holding company.

It’s thought the company will aim to produce short-form video content optimised for viewing on mobile devices.
