Vodacom Business has introduced its latest addition to the consumer ticket range of products, called Business Ticket data bundles.
The Business Ticket data bundle is a value added service that gives customers access to unlimited data on various combinations of business apps. In particular, applications that are critical for the day-to-day running of business activities, such as emails, cloud storage and navigation, will receive business data bundles to ensure they stay connected.
The new Business Ticket was created to help enable businesses to keep their businesses applications always connected, and focus on enhancing their operational performance without having to worry about staying online.
Explaining how the Business Ticket will help benefit customers, Fatima Hassim, managing executive for Vodacom Business Enterprise Products and Services, says: “Business Ticket will help with customers who are looking to optimise their data usage for critical day-to-day work applications; stay connected without the fear of running out of data; and minimise the admin associated with purchasing additional bundles.
“The introduction of Business Ticket is in line with Vodacom’s strategy of digitally transforming businesses in the country, and ensuring they are always connected and able to find, sell to and serve their customers,” Hassim adds.

Vodacom customers can purchase the new Business Ticket via a USSD, or by adding it to their Vodacom monthly bill online or via the Vodacom App.
