Hyland has been named a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms.
Now in its second year, the report is an evolution of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management, which had consecutively named Hyland as a leader for seven years.
“We believe that this recognition from Gartner reflects the capabilities of our current products and the vision we’re pursuing for the future of our platform and our industry,” says Bill Priemer, president and CEO at Hyland. “For years, we’ve been helping organisations streamline mission-critical processes by delivering the right information to the right people at the right time.
“Now, by offering more personalised user experiences and more intelligent automation, we’re enabling our customers to provide their own customers with smarter, more effective experiences.”
The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Services Platforms evaluates vendors on their ability to execute and their completeness of vision.
Organisations around the world use OnBase as a content services platform for managing content, processes and cases that may be rapidly deployed on-premises or in the Hyland Cloud.
ShareBase – Hyland’s cloud-based, file sharing platform – is leveraged to securely share and collaborate internally and externally. Hyland’s suite of solutions provide business users with complete, centralised views of the information required to work most effectively and connect to the familiar, third-party applications they know and use.
“For Hyland, content services isn’t just a change in terminology. It’s about utilising modern approaches to software architecture, development, deployment and management to create an enterprise information platform of unparalleled power and flexibility,” says Brenda Kirk, executive vice-president and chief product and strategy officer at Hyland.
