Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering, the Senior Tech Lead is responsible for leading Tech Leads across multiple products. You are expected to work with your team daily ensuring the team solves their challenging problems within deadlines. You will continuously need to improve the quality of your team’s performance through coaching and the setting of objectives.
Minimum Requirements
– A Relevant tertiary IT qualification
– 8 years + of experience in Software Development.
– 3 years + of experience in leading a team.
– 3 years + in an Agile environment.
