- Maintain machines and equipment assigned to the position in terms of qualification discipline
- Planned Maintenance executed and improved operational efficiency at all machines assigned to the position
- Asset Management
- Limited reworks and non-conforming products
- Limit losses and write-offs of products
- Ensure effective quality management during production process
- Preventative maintenance
- Develop/fabricate new equipment, machinery and/or tools as required by current projects / Capital Expenditure
- Liaise with relevant departments needing specific requirements.
- Complete Job cards as per standing procedures
Desired Skills:
- Qualified Trade Tested Artisan
- 5 Years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Must be familiar with Milling CNC and conventional lathe
- Must be familiar with Milling machine conventional and surface
- Must be capable of operating tool room
Desired Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years Consumer Goods Manufacturing
- 2 to 5 years Machinist
