Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Property/Commercial Studies or equivalent Science degree
  • FAIS RE 05 Certificate or must be obtained within 6 months of employment
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the Property Asset Management Industry
  • Knowledge of Property Management, Accounting and performance calculation

Job Duties:

  • Maximise the value of the portfolio in order to meet and exceed benchmarkreturns on directly held portfolio
  • Manage risk to ensure stability of cash flow
  • Enhance the performance of all investment properties within the portfolio
  • Ensure effective financial performance reporting to internal governance structures
  • Identify value creation opportunities and develop action plans to achieve thedesired growth levels within the portfolio
  • Consolidate, analyse and report on Key Performance Data regarding the portfolio
  • Accurately report on portfolio performance to the respective client structures
  • Develop mutually beneficial relationships with tenants
  • Make investments decisions
  • Development of investment strategy for an optimal investment portfolio
  • Coordinate and present annual property budgets including the portfolio-leveleconomic management
  • Ensure efficiency in the implementation of capital project plans
  • Monitor performance of property management agent(s) in line with KPI’s
