Tax Administrator with relevant Taxation qualification and preferably previous Individual and Trust Tax experience in a Chartered Accounting environment, required for an Auditing Firm, based in Cape Town.
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary Taxation qualification essential – academic transcript required with 60%+ average in all tax subjects
- Previous Tax experience beneficial
- Strong communication skills essential – Afrikaans as first or second language required
- Strong time management skills and ability to work in a pressurised environment essential
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Individual and Trust Client Portfolio
- Checking of income tax calculations and returns iro of Individuals and Trusts
- Submitting Individual and Trust income tax returns via e-filinf/Greatsoft
- Dispatch completed Income tax returns to clients
- Follow up on client refunds
- Administrative support to Tax Administration Personnel
- Prep and submit submission of forms for non-core Tax Types to SARS
- Assist with dispute resolutions and Tax Clearance Applications
- Record weekly timesheets
