Managing the general day to day aspects of the office, maintaining information technology requirements and supporting administrative business activities.


  • Ensure the smooth running of the office including maintenance of all office services by organizing office operations and correspondence to support management and staff within the organization
  • Able to diagnose general network problems – ensure servers and telephones are operational
  • Develop and maintain vendor relations and liaise with service providers
  • Manage, maintain and update office equipment – copiers, printers and fax machines
  • Management of social media platforms
  • Assist with website changes/updates
  • Provide support in workflow evaluation and improvements
  • Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations
  • Ensure the facilities are clean, orderly and safe
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications / Skills and Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in PC literacy / office administration
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
  • Computer hardware and software knowledge
  • Proficient in Internet applications
  • Understanding of networks and operating systems
  • Confident communicator with sound interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Deadline driven
  • Organized and able to prioritize
