Global pharmaceutical company requires a Lead who would be accountable for identifying all shipping lanes and implementing Cold Chain distribution for DS, DP and samples per shipping requirements, and implementing the processes to support ongoing shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Passive Temp Control Solution supplier strategy and qualification plan.
- SRV (DS/ DP / Samples) execution and secondary packaging materials per site according to timeline.
- Shipment routes meeting regulatory requirements.
- Identify Cold Chain Solutions.
- Tech Transfer (Passive Soln and SRVs).
- Lane and Carrier set up for shipments.
- Trade Compliance documentation (Import docs e.g. CDC Permits, Country Specific codes, Invoice etc.).
- Facilitate and track shipments including Customs, USDA and FDA Clearance for all distribution countries.
- Establish process for ongoing shipments of DS/ PD/ Samples including R&R, documentation, financial flow.
- Maintain timeline for all shipping route qualification and align with tech transfer timeline.
