Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelors or higher Degree in Food Science or any related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in food/ingredient business – Strong experience in Quality Management Systems
  • Highly knowledgeable in food safety legislation and compliance
  • Previous experience successfully maintaining BRC, AIB, ISO 17025 accreditation
  • High levels of comfort in managing internal and external Audits
  • Experience in Pest Management
  • IT Skills e.g. Excel, Word, SAP (advantageous, but not essential)
