LetsLink Medical Recruitment Agency is assisting a private hospital group, based in Pretoria to employ a Registered Nurse Clinical Facilitator to work in their hospital in Pretoria
The candidate must be registered with SANC, have at least 2 years relevant experience and hold a Post-Basic Qualification in Critical Care or Trauma or Theatre Technique. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Skills required:
- Registered Nurse registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Relevant Nursing qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience working in the nursing education space
- Research literacy
- Assessor and moderator trained
- Commence education towards a master’s degree within two years of commencement of employment at the hospital group and complete qualification within the prescribed academic period.
- Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management
- Knowledge of educational and business management principles
- Knowledge of the legislative and business climate pertaining to general and nursing education
- Excellent knowledge of general/specialized nursing theory and practice
- Extensive knowledge of modern nursing care principles and practices in the highly specialized field.
Salary: Market related
