Job Responsibilities
- To collect on excesses/arrears on Current Account, Homeloans/Commercial Loans and Vehicle Finance.
- Conclude acceptable arrangements as per Credit & Risk Policy
- Implement sound credit risk management principles
- Build strong relationships with bankers / clients to ensure effective collections.
- Ensure efficient work ethic and achievement of Business Unit strategies and goals.
- Provide timeous feedback.
- Daily tasks to be managed efficiently.
- Manage default accounts timeously.
- Adopt regulatory changes.
- Ensure clean audit in area of responsibility.
- Implement client exit or rehabilitation strategies as applicable.
- Stay abreast of developments in field of expertise, ensuring personal and professional growth.
- Understand and embrace the company’s vision and values, leading by example.
Minimum Experience Level
- 2 -5 years in Banking within a Credit environment including Collections of current accounts, home loans, and asset-based products.
Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

- Higher Diploma in Credit/Risk Management/Finance or Banking Degree
