BCX has been elevated by Dell from Service Delivery Partner to Advanced Service Delivery Partner Status.

The latest upgrade allows BCX to measure its current performance against benchmarks, identify strengths and weaknesses and develop action plans to improve services delivery performance thereby increasing services opportunities and associated revenue.

As an Advanced Support Partner, BCX is now responsible for providing its customers with an increased level of support and is also eligible for enhanced Partner Support Pricing which is cost savings that we can pass onto customers.
