MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Ensure that Legal Administration department works efficiently, are productive and that daily targets are achieved.
  • Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of staff and resources in the Legal Admin Department.
  • Litigation Management – Call Centre Portfolios.
  • To maximize the legal process across all portfolios ensuring that stretch targets are achieved.
  • Drafting legal documents and pleadings for litigation purposes.
  • Will be responsible for 2 Attorneys, Legal Assistants and Paralegals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • LLB Degree.
  • Admitted Attorney with 10 years post admission experience.
  • Must be experienced in the field of Colections / Banking Litigation /Financial Recoveries, Loan Management, Vehicle Asset Finance.
  • Defended matters within credit industry, secured and unsecured debt.
  • Must have dealt with large volumes of files/portfolios.
