Niche, high-end, Investment Management Firm whose awards include the Raging Bull, Morning Star and ABSIP Best Performing Fund Manager requires an experienced, energetic and “hands-on” F.M who has had experience managing the financial needs of a similar, ever growing Company. This Role includes managing 2 junior staff members and being completely proficient in recons, review, Company and Group Management Accounts, budgets, compliance and tax, statutory payments, AFS, Audit File prep, BEE scorecards, FSCA reporting requirements and payroll among others. You will also be the Public Officer for all Group Companies. As this Company is entrepreneurial, adapting to change, constantly being busy and interacting successfully with highly skilled, intellectual individuals is key. This is a Firm that “promises safety of principal” and “excellence in all that they do” so needs this Manager to have enviable references and a solid track record in order to be considered.
CA (SA); BCom (Hons) / Articles plus 10 years’ experience as F.M in a Financial Services Firm ABSOLUTLEY ESSENTIAL. SAP NOT NEGOTIABLE.
