The Head of Sales leads the sales and commercial performance of all internal and 3rd party Sales and Retail Media related activities. As an integral part of the Rainmaker Media business, the Head of Sales is a data-driven role that applies commercial modeling and analysis techniques in combination with a deep understanding of the consumer base and competitive market to design, identify and optimise various sales opportunities. The role establishes sales strategies and drives performance to enhance commercial outcomes in an omnichannel context and manages the Sales team and collaborates with various external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
