What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

The role is still pretty undefined but you will be responsible for the full compliance function with a focus on CISCA, Pensions Fund Act and Long Term Insurance Act. You’ll bring this function in house and set up all the processes and procedures while reporting directly into the
Operations Manager and MD.

Where you’ll be doing it

A small unit trust management company where staff simply never leave. They have small offices based in Newlands where you will be based and surrounded by a handful of colleagues.

What you’ll need

Compliance is not for the faint hearted so you need to have a degree and no less than 5 years compliance experience gained in the investment industry along with the drive and determination to be self-managed.
