Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • B Com marketing or business degree;
  • 5-10 years’ experience in loyalty programs;
  • Experience in Telecommunications and Financial Services;
  • Understand data analysis on partner interactions to identify new opportunities.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Operationalise new partner relationships;
  • Source new partners;
  • Negotiate deals with partners;
  • Build solid relationships with partners;
  • Build internal relationships with finance, marketing, SCM to ensure smooth onboarding of partners;
  • Participate in product and feature design as it pertains to the VFS Lending portfolio;
  • Act as SME for SCM across the lending portfolio as it pertains to on boarding of vendors or partners;
  • Resolution of operational issues when escalated at executive level;
  • Month end ad hoc reporting to partners;
  • Obtain market dynamics from MI team, to grow existing relationships.
