Experience Required:
- Health and Safety Management Qualification
- Min 5 years’ experience as a SHE Manager with extensive experience in EPCM / EPC
- OHS Certification (ISO [Phone Number Removed];)
- EMS Certification (ISO [Phone Number Removed];)
- QMS Certification (ISO 9001:2015)
- Registered Industrial Accident Investigator
- Professional Membership of recognised International Safety Management Society
Responsibilities will be in:
- Management of SHE department
- Management, implementation, operation, monitoring and reviewing of the SHE management system – with the goals of achieving work activities without incident
- Provide SHE functional support to management, supervision, and work personnel
Skills Required:
- Competent and experienced in developing, documenting, and implementing comprehensive SHE management systems
- Experienced in management of SHE teams corporate and site
- Strong experience in working with 3rd party contractors to create successful SHE programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, processes, and standards
- Experienced facilitator of HAZOPS and HAZIDS
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality standard
- Comprehensive knowledge of OHSAS [Phone Number Removed]; Occupation Health and Safety Standard
- Comprehensive knowledge of ISO [Phone Number Removed]; Environmental Management Standard
- Experienced accident investigator and skilled in the use of Root Cause Analysis techniques – TapRoot, Tripod Beta, etc.
