The Regional Operations Human Resource Manager is responsible for the effective execution of the Human Resource function within the Division. The ROHRM will work as a close business partner to their Regional Operations Managers and will offer a comprehensive Human Resource Service to their Operational colleagues and all the Stores in their division.

A tertiary qualification in HR management
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Three years’ experience in a HR management role within a retail environment.2. Solid HR Generalist working experience, with Recruitment and Industrial Relations being the main focus.3. A practical grasp of the retail industry, and especially the operations and human resource issues in stores.4. Working knowledge of all relevant RSA legislation.5. Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.6. Working knowledge of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook).7. A valid driver’s license (code 8) is essential as this position will require extensive travelling
