Job Advert Summary
Purpose of the job:
To administer the dispatch process which entails receiving, capturing of stock, printing of documentation, invoicing, and various other admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and capturing stock from bakeries to despatchData Capture all despatch administrationInvoices to be processed and capturedAssist with customer complaintsChecking of physical stock against system stock and verifying of figuresSupervision of staffChecking and verifying physical stock against picking slips on trucksEnsure correct loading off the trucks on-time
Qualification/Experience:
Grade 12 (matric) certificate or equivalentComputer literate2 – 3yrs experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment
