The main purpose of this position is to prepare monthly management packs, signing off all group payments and recons, signing off monthly rental schedule, finalization of monthly VAT, PAYE and salaries etc.
Duties:
- Management of 3 Property Portfolio Manager duties
- Management of Finance controller and Admin Manager duties
- Management of Hotel Finance controller duties
- Preparations of Monthly Management Packs for min 12 entities
- Signing off all group payments and recons
- Singing off monthly rental schedule
- Finalization of monthly VAT, PAYE & salaries
- Singing off daily Bank statements for the group
- Preparations of yearly audit packs for auditors
- Preparations of budgets for the entire portfolio
- Reports on assets performance and comparative market performance
Requirements:
- Min 5yrs related Property Financial Experience
- Management of MDA software, Essential
- Residential / Student Accommodation experience and exposure
