We are looking for an Administrator: Response Handling to be based in the Parktown, Johannesburg area.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration function within recruitment (preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in response handling)
- Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Second language will be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
- Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the compilation of adverts as per the client’s requests
- Print and collate CV’s which are received for adverts placed
- Compile an Excel spreadsheet comprising of the candidate’s information as per the CVS’s i.e. Name, ID No, Driver’s license, Contact numbers, emails address, physical address, qualification, last/ current employment, etc
- Capture all CVS’s received and forward to the account manager to screen CV’s
- Reconcile all captured CV’s and group them accordingly to level of applicability
- Open files and save CV’s accordingly
- Deliver completed file to the Account Manager to deliver to the client
- Archive CV’s which were not grouped as most applicable
- Assist with the setup of preliminary and final interviews
- Arrange the necessary visitors parking and access at client premises for interviewees
- Organise conference calls for candidates who are unable to travel for interviews
- Ensure that documents necessary for criminal and reference checks are sent and received back from candidates
- Liaise with candidates with regards to interviews and general matters regarding their applications
- Adhoc administrative matters pertaining to advert response
