LegalWise seeks to employ a Claims Quality Assessor who will be monitoring, evaluating and addressing quality aspects of Claims files and other processes across the Claims and Support Services Department.
Here is what your main responsibility will entail:
- Conduct ongoing assessments and analyses on Claims Services and Support files and calls as carried out by the various claims roles across the department.
- Identify and address quality concerns and irregularities in respect of business activities as carried out by claims staff i.e. lack of product knowledge, misrepresentations.
- General administration duties.
- Prepare reports.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required.
These are the following prerequisites to join our Company
- Completed LLB Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience
- Minimum of 5 years claims experience
- Tariff knowledge
- Taxation experience
- Computer literate: proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Skills and competencies required:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
- Good administration skills including excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure
- Monitors and promotes sound business practices in accordance with relevant legislation relevant to claims.
- Enforces relevant policies and procedures within Claims as necessary.
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the case of the Member
- Identifies and presents opportunities that will enhance the quality of claims files.
Other requirements:
- Must relocate on own cost
- ITC/criminal check will be a requirement
- Applicable Psychometric assessment/s will be a requirement.
