Data Analyst to assist departments on delivering a centralised Data Repository project by providing data specifications that can be used by Business Analysts The data analyst will also be required define an “As-Is and propose the To-Be” Physical Data Mart that provides curated data for all the reports within a data group this includes providing the technical specifications that can be used by ETL developers to implement the data movement from landing to the data mart area.
Must have the following requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or an equivalent qualification

8 to 10 years’ experience in Data Warehousing, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) development, Business Intelligence and dashboard designs.

SQL Server/Oracle (T-SQLor PL/SQL) programming skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration

Extensive knowledge of Business Intelligence and Analytics Software such as MicroStrategy, Pyramid, OBIEE, Microsoft Power BI , Qlikview, Java, R, Python, C#, SharePoint, SAS, MS BI Stack

Extensive knowledge in ETL development and maintenance with SSIS, IBM data stage, Oracle ODI, PL/SQL and T/SQL stored procedures and complex SQL queries

Ability to create report mock-ups using wireframing tools.

Knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
