Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution Company seeks a half day Admin Assistant to assist the Branch and OPS Managers
Responsibilities
Answer Phones
Assist walk-in customers
Administer Receiving & Dispatch of Stock.
General Admin Duties
Filling (All relevant company docs)
Data capturing
Petty cash & Petty cash Reconciliation
Cash ups & Banking
Manage e-mails
Education and Qualification & Requirements
A Matric pass (Maths & Science)
At least a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience – in the Building or Construction industry would be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Some experience in an Accounting system (ERP, SYSPRO, PASTEL, ADEPT, SAP) not a must but would be ideal.
Own car
English and Afrikaans
Must have Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution experience
