Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Related field
- 3-5 years Business Analysis experience
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, SAP & Essbase
- Solid experience in developing financial reports, dashboards & metrics
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Support in preparation and presentation of Reports for Management for all cost lines including head count, capacity optimization, efficiency targets etc.
- Monitoring business performance and variances, providing trend analysis
- Performs customer and productprofitability analysisand suggest investment and pricing decisions.
- Generate Head Count/Contractor Reporting Dashboard.
- Tracking of Headcount and ensure accurate alignment of Headcount
- Consolidate, review & track the restructuring cost.
- Manager reviews with Sites.
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis and financial reporting
- Must be good in Interaction with peers, customers and suppliers at management levels
- Well versed with Financial reporting and Quarter Closing Activities
