Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in a Business / management discipline or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in the finance industry
- 3 years’ experience in a position working with dealers
Responsibilities:
- Audits more complex dealer / distributor settlements based on published guidelines and policies.
- Verifies appropriate supporting documentation for credits, including floor plans, retail notes or leases, incentive bonuses and rentals
- Researches and responds to dealer / distributor requests for information and support related to systems, dealer statements, wholesale finance terms and incentive programs
- Researches and responds to more complex problems and works on exception reports
- Coaches and assists the less experienced settlement auditors with the wholesale settlement process
- Identifies and communicates potential credit concerns to the credit group
- Assists supervisors in the continuous improvement of the wholesale settlement audit process
