Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in a Business / management discipline or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in the finance industry
  • 3 years’ experience in a position working with dealers

Responsibilities:

  • Audits more complex dealer / distributor settlements based on published guidelines and policies.
  • Verifies appropriate supporting documentation for credits, including floor plans, retail notes or leases, incentive bonuses and rentals
  • Researches and responds to dealer / distributor requests for information and support related to systems, dealer statements, wholesale finance terms and incentive programs
  • Researches and responds to more complex problems and works on exception reports
  • Coaches and assists the less experienced settlement auditors with the wholesale settlement process
  • Identifies and communicates potential credit concerns to the credit group
  • Assists supervisors in the continuous improvement of the wholesale settlement audit process
