Minimum Requirements:
- 7 – 10 Years’ experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in a fine dining environment.
- 7- 10 Years’ experience managing a full kitchen and all kitchen staff.
- Stock count, stock order and stock management experience.
- The ability to manage well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and out in extra hours.
