Exciting role available for an ambitious and talented Head Chef. This role requires a lot of attention to detail, hard work and a real food lover.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7 – 10 Years’ experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in a fine dining environment.
  • 7- 10 Years’ experience managing a full kitchen and all kitchen staff.
  • Stock count, stock order and stock management experience.
  • The ability to manage well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and out in extra hours.
