Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12, A+ and /or N+ certificate
- Proficient at all Microsoft Packages
- Valid driver’s license + own transport
Responsibilities:
- Basic desktop support to the
- Network maintenance of hardware, software, and other
- Multifunction printer
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation
- Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers and
- Provide support in diagnosing hardware and software issues and troubleshooting
- Lay cables and wires for networks and ensure that they are in good working
- Assist in handling data migration
- Document all processes in reference manuals for training and
- Take user support requests and take measures to fulfill
- Assist in hardware and software inventory
