Job Description:
- Ensure the supervision of electrical/control and instrumentation inspection activities and verify Quality Control Plans implementation.
- Creation/Updating of relevant project quality documentation for Electrical/C&I projects and that personnel have access to all required project documents.
- Check Quality Control Plans with reference to project activities.
- Check the availability and adequacy of consumables and equipment / instrumentation used for project execution and control.
- Verify that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, identified and traceable.
- Support the adherence to QC procedures.
- Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by customers and verify the collection of required Quality records.
- Document control function for the Project Management Office.
- Verification and preparation of the Quality Documentation for final handover to the Project Manager.
- Manage ISO9001 policies and procedures for the Project Management Office.
Experience:
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience working in electrical/ control and instrumentation field.
- Must have panel building experience.
- Must have electrical / control and instrumentation project installation and commissioning experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical trade Certificate or
- N6 Electrical Engineering
- ISO 9001:2015 training certificate
Skills
- Must have electrical/control and instrumentation quality control experience.
- Competent in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
- Technical writing.
- Able to work under pressure.
