National Brands Limited seeks to attract a suitably qualified and experienced individual to assume the role of a Customer Manager based at our Bryanston Office and reporting directly to the National Customer Manager. This individual will assist the team in growing value, volume and profit in line with the business objectives through the execution of appropriate sales strategies. Experience dealing with a “major customer” and experience dealing with Wholesalers are required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Major customer strategy development and review Major customer management and support Joint working with customers Category growth within major customers Trade negotiations, promotional plans and listings Shared market information Business reviews Development of major promotions Operational management of accounts Analyse and report on performance Develop and maintain “Partner of Choice” Customer relationships

Experience Required
At least 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Manager gained in the FMCG requiredProven track record in managing a “major customer”Wholesale experience
Minimum Qualifications Required
A completed degree in Business Management, Sales Manager or similar
