Manage and reconcile the full debtors function in the accounts department and help with any other function as required by the Financial Manager
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Debtor’s reconciliation and remittances on Pastel Evolution
- Reports on Account receivable
- Managing and updating credit insurance
- Collection of money,ensuring credits are processed. PODs submitted to clients
- Liaising with sales and branch staff
- Helping with Stock take
- Ensuring all POD’s are scanned
- Assisting Financial Manager
Requirements
- Pastel experience, Pastel Evolution is prreferable
- Debtor’s minimum 3 years experience
- Excel
- Matric and accounting course is an advantage
- Experience on credit insurance
- Work Independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Have a mature attitude towards work
