Our client is the leading Road Transporter operating in the PE- Gauteng corridor and PE-Cape Town Routes. Our client seeks to appoint an Experienced Fleet Controllers.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Matric
- Logistics / Transport Qualification would be preferable
- 2 to 3 Years fleet management experience
Duties:
- Manage fuel consumption
- Monitor driver performance
- Full vehicle utilisation (limit empty loads to an absolute minimum), control, maintenance and tracking
- Accident and incident investigation
- Fleet management of +/- 20 vehicles
- Driver allocation and management
- Source leads
- Build sound relationships with clients and brokers
- Evaluate integrity of load and associated risks
