We have an opportunity for Head; National Perm Strategy and Operations to be based in the Parktown area.

Requirements:

  • 3-year national diploma / degree in a management related field or relevant experience
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role, which includes managing operations and performing a strategic function as part of senior management
  • 15 to 20 years + industry experience
  • In depth knowledge of perm solution models and ability to create commercial offerings in support
  • Proven track record effectively managing operations and implementing strategies on a national basis
  • Proven successful track record of revenue generation across various perm income streams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Overtime will be required

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring technical accuracy of the output of all strategies through robust initiatives and technology
  • Build the Company’s professional network through relationships with various stakeholders
  • Understanding the volume of the sales pipeline and planning accordingly for the business
  • Help drive the growth strategy of the business
  • Managing the implementation of strategic roll outs through planning and documenting key projects and initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations and results through a rigorous, data-driven process
  • Track the progress of initiative outcomes against goals
  • Responsible for managing change across many initiatives in line with professional services, organizational goals, and vision
  • Owning all relevant processes and ensuring processes are enforced within the respective teams
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution
  • Process optimisation
  • Drive and initiate improvements to existing tools and processes and provide feedback on new practise and procedures
  • Key contributor and owner of the direction for your operations
  • Responsible for performance and career management and development for the team
  • Project management, quality audits and coordination of training sessions as well as day to day oversight of the team
  • Accountability and ownership for the output and performance of your team
  • Uphold and continue to drive operational excellence across the business
  • Insights to the business through analytics and market research as required
  • Continually drive best practices with a focus on outcomes for our clients
  • Enhancing client service and managing all complaints, enquiries and escalation from clients as it relates to your team
