SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Not currently on any other INSETA programme.
  • Presently unemployed and not studying.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing HR service, advice and support to clients.
  • Assist employees with any HR related enquiries e.g. payroll, leave, company policies and benefits.
  • Coordinate administration of recruitment and selection process.
  • On-boarding of new appointments.
  • Processing of all payroll documentation requests.
  • Knowledge of all applicable labour related legislation.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
  • Drivers License a must.
