We have opportunities for sales agents to join UDM International which is one of the leading sales companies in South Africa. Our sales agent offers customers the opportunity to invest in Cancer and Death and Disability policies. This role is not limited to someone with financial service experience but is open to anyone wanting to start a career as a financial advisor.
Our sales are referral based so there is no cold calling involved when it comes to selling.
We offer a basic salary with uncapped commission on top.
You get your basic and commission if you made target or not, we pay per sale.
Basic of R5500 as commission is uncapped and on exponential sliding scales, the more sell the more you earn.
Our top 10 sales agents average between R90 000.00 and R130 000.00 monthly with overall consultants earning on average R40 000.00.
Excellent working hours and flexi options, many benefits such as medical aid and Gautrain reimbursements.
Training hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 07:30-15:30
- Friday: 07:30-14:30 (you get an hour off earlier)
Flexi option once permanent:
- Monday-Thursday: 08:30-16:30
- Friday: 08:30-15:30 (you get an hour off earlier)
