- Perform all duties associated with the administrative and clerical support to the sales team
- Set up and co-ordinate dates for sales team meetings and any ad hoc meetings as and when required.
- Conducting potential customers via telephone and email
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.
- Prepare quotes, distribute them, and follow up with prospects.
- Take minutes of Sales team meetings and discussions as required.
- Maintain files for client quotes and other sales documentation
- Effective administration of all sales related queries & documents
- Capturing of driver’s vehicle trip sheets and fling them
- Ad hoc administrative work and management of the Sales Director’s Diary.
