BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Leading and management of the Marketing and Communications department to ensure that the company brand is visible and enhanced both locally, nationally and internationally, with emphasis on promotion of Customer Care principles and overall attraction of guests to the Park.
Essential requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- Marketing Degree
- Masters’ degree in Marketing/ Business Management or MBA.
Preferred requirements:
- Municipal Minimum Competency Training.
- Post graduate degree/ diploma in business management
Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in marketing, marketing strategies, brand management, and plus
- 5 years’ experience at Senior Management level.
Thorough knowledge and experience in guest information services.
Desired Skills:
- Skilled in managing guest information services
- -Computer knowledge
