DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Support the development and documentation of CoDI’s operational capabilities, processes plans and other required documentation;
- Provide administrative support such as correspondence, travel arrangements, events organisation, setting up meetings, and the handling of facility requirements, office supplies, visitors and internal liaison;
- Support the CoDI finance and budgeting processes through coordinating budget requirements, assisting with co-ordination and submission of information for payments, monitoring costs, procurement, analysing budget variances and preparing reports;
- Maintain identified information management systems (e.g. websites, queries, departmental contact database etc.);
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external documentation;
- Assisting with data capturing, business research, information gathering and collation;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- a minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in office administration/management support; and
- a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Office Administration OR equivalent.
