Requirements

  • Matric
  • Related diploma in Administration
  • 2 – 5 years experience as a PA/Administrator for an Accounting /Auditing company is a MUST!
  • CIPC knowledge /experience

Duties/Tasks

  • Answering calls and responding to E-mails
  • Diary Management
  • Arrange meetings and ensuring documents are organized
  • Key clients Account Management
  • Support Clients
  • Assisting in Liquidations
  • CIDB Applications
  • Trust formations and amendments
  • Supplier relations
  • Monthly Recons
  • Accounting experience
  • VAT experience
  • CIPC experience
  • Ordering of office supplies and stationery
  • All office administrative tasks

Desired Skills:

  • Experience as a PA to Accountant/Auditors
  • CIPC knowledge/experience

Desired Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years
