Requirements
- Matric
- Related diploma in Administration
- 2 – 5 years experience as a PA/Administrator for an Accounting /Auditing company is a MUST!
- CIPC knowledge /experience
Duties/Tasks
- Answering calls and responding to E-mails
- Diary Management
- Arrange meetings and ensuring documents are organized
- Key clients Account Management
- Support Clients
- Assisting in Liquidations
- CIDB Applications
- Trust formations and amendments
- Supplier relations
- Monthly Recons
- Accounting experience
- VAT experience
- CIPC experience
- Ordering of office supplies and stationery
- All office administrative tasks
Desired Skills:
- Experience as a PA to Accountant/Auditors
- CIPC knowledge/experience
Desired Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years
