The Role: The Project and Product Consultant will be assigned broad responsibilities and basic analysis skills within the operational area. Therefore, the successful incumbent will be involved in escalated clinical and technical investigations and solution offerings, testing, training, and reporting.Skills and Experience: The role responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):
- Review and write rules per client according to tasks assigned by the Clinical Teams or Project manager in a high level of quality;
- Obtain and maintain clinical codes necessary to build clinical rules;
- Other operational support as specified;
- Testing ?? this includes ensuring that the quality of assessment is adhered to in accordance with the requirements outlined. Identifying of risks and ensuring those risks are mitigated prior to live code implementation. Providing a specialist application in the testing and live environment of current and new systems across to all the business areas;
- Training ?? responsibilities include conducting his/herself in a professional manner, compiling course material (i.e. training manuals, course maps, hand-outs and exercises etc.), ensuring the successful presentation of the course material by adapting to the client??s expectation.
Key Accountabilities: Qualification & Accreditations:
- Grade 12;
- Additional qualifications: Bachelor??s degree in Clinical, Business or Computer Technology.
Skills & Experience requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years?? experience within the Healthcare industry;
- Experience within an operational environment essential (this includes exposure to projects, analysis and design, testing and training).
