Job Description:
- Manage, equip and educate the Technical Team in terms of pre-sales planning and post-sales support
- Drive the department goals, call quality and customer service levels of the technical team
- Manage the Returns Team in terms of new service calls and turnaround times
- Approve any returns, customer credits and swop outs outside of the company policy based on merit
- Monitor and manage the stockholding and stock turnaround times in the technical and returns stores
- Manage returns to suppliers for all returned and faulty stock still under warranty
- Assist the team with their personal and department development and general performance
- Drive internal incentives for the team for any exceptional service offerings
- Audit and assess all internal processes to improve the customer experience and general supply chain
- Handling and resolving any customer or internal complaints related to Technical and Returns
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Certificate/Diploma in an IT, Technical or Business-Related Field
Experience:
- Experience in managing a team of three or more in a fast-paced environment
- Fully bilingual
- 5 years’ worth of experience in an IT, ICT or similar fast paced environment
- Base knowledge of the IT, ICT or Technical sectors
