Key View is a premium short term property management company, offering short, mid term lettings. We encourage landlords to switch from long to short term rentals to improve their revenue on their holiday home. Key View takes the Landlords property and puts it on all of the relevant Online Travel Agencies e.g. Airbnb and [URL Removed] We manage the full process from start to finish e.g. cleaning, maintenance, bookings etc.
We are looking for a confident high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our landlord requirements and revenue. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential by calling Landlord from our database, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
English must be first language with 3 + years of sales experience.
Responsibilities:
To build and create strong relationships with new and existing landlords.
To meet new and existing landlords
To speak to new and existing landlords on the telephone
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 10am – 6pm
With occasional out of hours business meetings.
Sales Targets:
200 x Cold Calls / Day
5 x Client Meetings Arranged / Week
15 x Clients Signed Up / Month
