One of the leading moving companies in the world and a presense in 96 countries globally, is looking to employ an experienced, French speaking Executive assistant to the Group CEO. The company has 160 subsidiaries and employs 4500 people globally and is the largest privately owned moving company with a 100% presence over 54 countries in Africa.
Requirements:
- Must be FULLY bilingual in French and English (This will be tested prior to interviews being conducted)
- Degree or equavalent

Proven experience as an excutive assistant to an Executive Member/s of a commercial entity/private sector entity

Financial understanding a plus

Ability to work projects independantly

In dpeth understanding of the full MS Office suyite (365)
- Global market experience (ideally a person who has travelled and worked in other countries to gain solid global market experience)
- Exceptional dilligence, time management and organisational skills
- High level of discretion is required given the level of sensitivity of company confidential information that will be managed
- EIther be based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.
Given the nature of the requirements, the role is open to South Afrrican or Permanent Residents with a valid ID, given the French language requirement.
